Owen, the practice manager, sees everything and changes nothing

This step signs you in as Owen Castellano, the practice manager, and opens Ironbark IT Services. He sees the whole register, the findings and the review history, and every form disappears: he can read the record but not change it.

The audit trail is not in his menu, and its download refuses him. Only the compliance officer and the auditor can see the audit trail.

These limits are not just hidden buttons. In the live system the database itself refuses what a role may not do, and each role is tested by signing in as that person.
